How does Mountain Health get its name?

Mountain Health began as Norm’s and my  Mountain Health Holistic Health Education Center, after our first handy man special experience and 4 of our 6 kids.

Norm and I meet at  Ohashi Shiatsu Massage  School in New York City, in which the teacher said “pick a partner”.  I picked Norm.

Another part of the history is, that Norm introduced me to Holistic Health and Healing. He brought me a juicer (to borrow) on our first date.  He also  brought me to his naturopathic doctor and master herbalist.

This began our devotion to of natural healthy living and holistic healing. I used that “borrowed” juicer.

FRESH JUICES ARE THE KEY TO LIVING DISEASE FREE.

Fast forward, we had 6 natural, 5 healthy home births and 6 healthy children.  I absolutely attribute these blessings to my devotion to healthy living.

VITALITY equals POWER minus OBSTRUCTION  

So to stay true to my wish to raise a city, let’s get healthy.

HOW ABOUT WE SET AN AIM TO DRINK 2 LITERS OF WATER TOMORROW?
